A MOBILE HOME is a 100% mobile element that is transported by road using a truck once it has been designed and manufactured, and does not need to be fixed to the ground by any means. This means that it meets all the characteristics of a MOVABLE PROPERTY, regulated in article 335 of the Spanish Civil Code.
Because of this, MOBILE HOMES are taxed at 21% VAT (and not at the 10% rate for dwellings). No building work is required for installation and the location can be changed at any time. This sets us apart from the realm of permanent works and installations.
Another feature of MOBILE HOMES is that a KIT can be installed to make them totally autonomous and self-sufficient (electricity with solar panels + water tank/well + septic tank for sanitation).
What is the average price of a MOBILE HOME?
