PUR/PIR Refrigeration Panel Visible Fixing

Our AIS FRIGO Panel is a symmetrical joint sandwich panel, composed of two galvanised steel sheets, an exterior sheet that can be customised in terms of finish, colours and profiles, and an interior sheet with or without micro-ribbing, which are bonded in a continuous manufacturing process to a hard core of polyisocyanurate (PIR) or polyurethane (PUR) foam with a density of 36-40 kg/m³ (+/- 10%).

This panel is designed for use in cold rooms in the agri-food industry. It is used on both walls and ceilings, with the panels fixed to any metal support or directly to a wall. A double tongue-and-groove system forms the symmetrical joint between two panels, allowing for quick, watertight and aesthetic wall connections. The watertight joint allows for hermetic insulation in installations where thermal insulation conditions are critical, both for walls and ceilings, even in self-supporting structures.

We have all the auxiliary elements and accessories for finishing, suspension, fixing, fasteners and trims for the PUR/PIR Visible Fixing Refrigeration Panel (AIS FRIGO), both standard and customised.
