Facade/Partition Panel Rock Wool Concealed Fixing

Our AIS PRO rock wool panel is a concealed fastening sandwich panel, composed of two galvanised steel sheets, one exterior sheet that can be customised in terms of finish, colours and profiles, and one interior sheet that can be customised in terms of finish, colour and profile, which are bonded in a continuous manufacturing process to a hard rock wool core with a density of 100 kg/m³

The rock wool panel is designed for walls, facades and false ceilings screwed onto any metal support. An ingenious side locking system forms the concealed joint between two panels, allowing for quick, watertight and aesthetic connection of the facade. The concealed joint allows for the construction of continuous façades where no screws are visible, although internally they provide fastening and mechanical strength to the assembly.

Its rock wool core is non-combustible and allows for the construction of fire protection areas where temperature conditions are critical. It is also one of the best sound-attenuating materials, being used for acoustic insulation in both walls and suspended ceilings, even in a self-supporting form.
